Delivery & Timeframes
Shipping timeframes, bundle fulfillment, and subscription delivery schedules.

Every order is packed with care and shipped as fast as possible. Coffee is best fresh — we roast to order and ship within 24–48 hours of roast date.

Order Processing
Here's what happens after you place your order:
- Coffee orders: roasted fresh and shipped within 2–3 business days
- Friday Drop orders: roasted and shipped the following Monday
- Orders placed Friday–Sunday ship the following Monday or Tuesday
- Bundle packages: see bundle-specific timeframes below
☕ We roast to order. This means your coffee is never sitting in a warehouse — it ships fresh, directly from our roast to your door.

Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states. Estimated delivery timeframes after order processing:
- Standard Shipping (USPS First Class): 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping (USPS Express): 1–2 business days
- Local Chicago pickup: available at 10548 S Western Ave Ste 2R during business hours
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental US.

Bundle Package Timeframes
Club infrastructure packages require additional lead time for production and fulfillment:
- Basecamp ($8,999): 4–6 weeks from signed agreement to delivery
- Recovery Lounge ($6,800): 3–5 weeks from order confirmation
- Event-in-a-Box ($3,200): minimum 2 weeks lead time before event date — book early
- Content Bundle ($2,400): 2–3 weeks from order confirmation
📋 All bundle packages begin with a consultation call. We'll confirm your delivery window and provide milestone updates throughout the process. Rush fulfillment may be available for an additional fee — contact us to discuss.
Custom branded items (tees, co-branded bags) add 1–2 weeks to production time. We will communicate your specific timeline after your order is confirmed.

Subscription Delivery
Pro-Roast Monthly subscribers receive their coffee on a consistent schedule:
- Billing date and roast date are aligned to your signup date
- Coffee ships within 2 business days of your billing date
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment
- Free standard shipping is included on all subscription orders
- Address changes must be submitted 5 days before your billing date

Tracking & Issues
You will receive a tracking number via email or phone once your order ships. If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit:
- Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery for lost packages
- Photo documentation required for damaged packages
- We will file a carrier claim and send a replacement at no cost
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or weather events
